How many users can log into Dimensions at the same time?

Dimensions can hold as many users as you would like; but only as many as agreed within the licence agreement can use the system simultaneously.

​An Example:
If you have a 10-user license, does not mean you are limited to 10 user records in the system. A 10-user license means you can have 10 users logged in to the system at once, but as many users as you would like. We will not delete user logins from the database as this will affect the integrity of the database. We recommend moving any users that will not be using the system to a security profile with restricted access to the system.

To see how many users you have after you log in there is usually a splash screen, on this page it will show how many users you are licenced for. This represents the number of concurrent users.
