If Dimensions crashes or you lose connection, normally you would have to request a colleague with access to the SA account to close your connection. However, there is an easier way.
To set this up for next time:
Click System, Users, Options.
Select the Master Status check box. With this enabled, the only extra permission the user gets is the ability to kick themselves out when logging in using the same Dimensions connection.
Next time there is a crash. Log in as normal.
