To overcome this error you will need to make a change to your user settings within SQL Management Studio which will give you permission to use AOI.
Note that we recommend the following changes are made by an SQL administrator or a member of your IT department.
On the server open SQL Management Studio and sign in
Click the plus next to Databases to expand the folder.
Expand the particular database the journal is going to.
Expand Security.
Expand Users.
Select the user required, right-click and select Properties. The 'Database User - userid' window appears.
From the left-hand menu, select Membership.
In the 'Role Members' list, select AA_API_R and AA_DIMENSIONS_R.
Click OK.
You may need to close any excel documents that you have open, but when you open your upload template again you will now be able to upload the journal.
