This is a known bug with AOI version 5.16.6, which unfortunately we do not currently have a fix for. However, this should be addressed when a newer version of AOI is released.
This error occurs when there are no data connections in AOI administrator for either Dimensions, Access Financials, or Access Supply Chain.
Fix / Workaround Solution:
You need at least one valid data connection in AOI Administrator for either of the above products. If you have either of these products then please create a data connection to resolve the error. To do this:
Open AOI Administrator
Click Data Connections
Create a new data connection for the appropriate product mentioned above which you have.
For customers who do not use either Dimensions, Access Financials or Access Supply Chain:
If you do not have any of the products mentioned above, then unfortunately this error cannot be fixed nor prevented. The error would have to be ignored, as it will not affect any AOI features/functionality nor performance when AOI is being used with any of the other available products AOI can integrate with.
An example of this would be for customers who use AOI with SelectHR and/or SelectPay and do not have either Dimensions, Financials or Supply Chain.
