InXL tab is missing from Excel

The Access INXL tab is an additional part of Access Office Integration and activates by the licence file and the process below.

  1. Click AOI Registration then select Manage Access Office Integration users.

  2. Click Next.

  3. Select the user who doesn't have the Access INXL tab. If the user is not present,

  4. Click InXL Configuration then for the user, select the necessary modules.

  5. If the options are greyed out, Access INXL is not included in your licence. Contact your Account Manager to request a new licence that includes the InXL module.

  6. Click Save selected user(s), then click OK.

  7. Click OK then click Finish.

  8. Click Microsoft Excel and check the Access INXL tab appears.

Check enabled in Excel Ribbon

If the above does not work, then also check to ensure the Access and/or Access INXL menus are enabled in the Excel Ribbon:

  1. In Excel, select File, Options, Customize Ribbon

  2. Scroll down on the list of menu items in the right-hand panel and ensure the Access and/or Access INXL are ticked
