The following modules are all License Key based. In other words, it is the License Key which determines which modules are included in the plugin and not the installation itself:

Consolidation
Sales Order Templates
Sales and Purchase Contra
Cross Selling
Sales Order Templates
Nominal Profiler
Intercompany
To complete an installation with Plugins:
After requesting the installation file from Support, access the installation folder from the FTP location.
Move the folder across to the Desktop.
Unzip the folder and open it.
Run the installation file.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the plug-ins.
At the Select Installation Folder, click Browse and select the folder where Dimensions is installed.
Note: This is generally C:\Program Files\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\<Version Type> but may differ slightly. Users can find the exact location by opening Dimensions and going to Info, About Dimensions or by clicking the red button in the top left corner and going to About Dimensions.Click Ok to select the folder.
Click on Next to continue to the next step of the installation.
Continue through the rest of the installation steps which will start the installation.
When the installation has finished, click Close. Now that the plug-ins have been installed, a license key needs to be applied
To apply the Plugin Unlock Key:
Browse to the location where plugin file was installed. This is normally in the Dimensions installation target path.
Find and right-click on the file called plugin_unlock_entry.exe. Choose to run as admin. This will then open a window where users can enter the unlock details.
Note: Unlock details can be obtained by either contacting:
the main person in the organisation the License was sent to.
the Access Despatch department ([email protected]).
Enter the plugins unlock key 1 block at a time. Once the details have been entered click Accept. The plug-ins should now been applied and Dimensions can be opened as normal. Note: This may show a message to say that the plug-ins are being installed and patched.
Once this is finished, we recommend to log into Dimensions with the sa user first, to ensure the licences and plugins are correctly renewed.
You can then log out/change user, and log back in as yourself per normal.
