aCloud Expense Integration Not Working

Updated this week

This issue is caused by Dimensions taking you to an incorrect Access Evo environment when syncing with Access Evo. This can be fixed by changing the config files.

The config files can be located in the paths stated below:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\<version>\External
Here, edit the aCloud config file

C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\<version>\Extras\ACP
Here, edit the Access.Cloud.Client.Processor.exe config file

C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\<version>\Extras\aCloud Identity
Here, edit the Access.Cloud.Identity.Winforms.Launcher.exe config file.

On all these files, you would need to find the link(s):
- https://devws.accessacloud.com

And edit these links to the following:
- https://identity.accessacloud.com (Remove prepod)
- https://ws.accessacloud.com (Remove 'dev' or 'ws')

After doing this, you'll need to Sync Workspace Apps and Data which should show and enable the Expense button in Dimensions.
