Hosted user cannot log into the hosted gateway

If a user cannot log into Dimensions through the hosting service gateway please make sure that your user has checked that their username does not contain any special characters or incorrect letters as part of their username or password.

If there is a Space at the beginning or end of both the password or username, the system will not see this as the correct password or username as the space will be seen as its own name or password.

If the above has been checked and the user is still unable to log in to Dimensions please try to reset your password here. Please leave the current password box blank then you can continue to enter a new password.

If you are logging in via the hosted gateway please ensure you have Cloud\ in front of your username (with no space between) eg. Cloud\USERNAME.
