To open Dimensions in the hosted environment:
Open a web browser.
Enter the following web address if you have a shared gateway: https://gateway.accessacloud.com/rdweb
Enter the following web address if you have a private gateway: https://**Change To Your Account Name**.accessacloud.com/rdweb (if you are unsure of this please reach out to your IT team who should be able to provide this information)
Logon using your Cloud Account details, e.g. cloud\DM1234s.smith
