If you are using Microsoft Edge and have a custom URL for your Hosted Remote Desktop Gateway then depending on your local PC configuration it may not authenticate your password.
We would advise you to copy the full path of the URL from Microsoft Edge and into another browser, such as Internet Explorer or Google Chrome
If you are still receiving the error then please follow the link to Reset My Password where you can request a password reset email for your CLOUD\account.
If you still get the same message even after resetting your password then it's possible that your account may have been disabled - this can happen after not logging into Dimensions for some considerable time, for example returning from a long break, maternity leave or after a period of illness.
