Using the Download User Bank Details from Access Evo feature

When you attempt to run the Download Bank details feature, the system will connect to Access Expense, to pull through bank details onto Supplier Accounts.

For this to work, the email addresses in Access Evo for each user, needs to match up with a Supplier in Dimensions.

To link them, please follow the steps below:

  1. On the Purchasing tab, click Expense, Invite Expense Users. In this screen you will a list of Suppliers.

  2. Click Enter Email, and enter the email address for the Expense user you want to link that Supplier to.

  3. Click Update Supplier Email Addresses

  4. To sync Bank details, on the System tab, click Data Utilites, Download User Bank details. It will then complete, and tell you which Supplier it could not update
