There is a setting within Dimensions that will allow you to enter a specific date for Customer statements. To check that you have the setting enabled:

1. Go to the System Tab
2. Go to Options
3. Go to System Control Options
4. Go to Ageing Method
5. Change the Sales Ledger from Month to Days
6. Press Save

You may need to log out and back into Dimensions for this setting change to take effect. Once you have done this, when you go back to Customer statements, you will be able to enter a specific date for the statement to go back to.
When the Multiple Period option is enabled, a standard report template is used that will not have any customisation (e.g. logos) that have been added to the main statement template. It would need a custom report if required if you wanted a customised version of the Multiple Period statement.
Note: If this setting isn't enabled, when you go to look at Customer statements you will only get the option to tick the Multiple Period box. You will then be able to choose which Period you want to see.
