To set up an email template for a sale statement or SOP invoice, which can also be set as the default:
Login to Dimensions.
On the System tab, in the Records section, click Email Templates. A new window will appear.
Click Insert.
Enter the Name, Subject and Body. In this area fields can be inserted for example Invoice date.
Use the Type drop-down and select the type of email template.
If required, select the Default check box. The template becomes the default email template for that type.
Click Save.
