Create an email template for a sales statement or SOP invoice

To set up an email template for a sale statement or SOP invoice, which can also be set as the default:

  1. Login to Dimensions.

  2. On the System tab, in the Records section, click Email Templates. A new window will appear.

  3. Click Insert.

  4. Enter the Name, Subject and Body. In this area fields can be inserted for example Invoice date.

  5. Use the Type drop-down and select the type of email template.

  6. If required, select the Default check box. The template becomes the default email template for that type.

  7. Click Save.
