Most SMTP issues in Dimensions are due to incorrect server configuration, but they can be due to an issue with Dimensions itself.

If the SMTP server being used by Dimensions requires TLS 1.2 then for Dimensions versions prior to 2.60 please speak to your account or customer success manager about upgrade options.
