What email templates are available?

The Credit note email template is only available on Dimensions 3.00

  1. System Tab

  2. Type

  3. You can choose either SOP Invoice, SOP Credit Note, POP Order, Purchase Remittance or Sales Statement from the menu

  4. Each template can only be associated with one Type, although each Type can have multiple related templates

For Dimensions 2.60a email Templates as below

  3. You can choose SOP Invoice or Sales Statement from the menu

  4. Each template can only be associated with one Type, although each Type can have multiple related templates.
