I keep losing connection to the Gateway/Access Dimensions, when using Wi-Fi

When using Remote Desktop connections with use with Access Applications we would advise where possible to use a wired connection.

We appreciate this may not always be possible and when the only option is to use Wi-Fi, this connection will not be as stable as a wired connection so recommend that to be as near to the router and avoid interference (e.g. Microwaves are known to disrupt Wi-Fi signals).
