Error - 'Your computer can't connect to the Remote Desktop Gateway server...' (Access Hosted Clients)

Please check and ensure that the local and network domain firewalls, antivirus security and endpoint software settings on your system and environmental infrastructure are not blocking the connection to the server.

It may also be worth ensuring that the Windows OS has the latest version of Remote Desktop connection (Client program) which is usually in-built with Windows.
We recommend that the in-built program within the Windows OS is used over the Microsoft Store App version.

This would need to be investigated by your IT and network administrators, as this would not be an Access issue.
If unsure whether this is an Access or Hosting issue, you can raise a new case online referencing this article, as we can review and confirm on this.

Should this continue to be an issue, then you would need to liaise with your Account Manager for consultancy to investigate your environment / infrastructure.
