I can get into the gateway but unable to launch any applications (Hosted Access Client)?

If you have had a crash or power cut it may still see you as connected on, this can also be caused by your permissions. The configuration may need to be changed slightly, so any new users from now on will get the app permissions automatically upon creation.

Please try a different web browser to see if you are able to login to Dimensions successfully that way. If so then you will need to clear their cache settings in the web browser where they are unable to login.

We have also found that restarting your pc resolves this issue, so please try this first.

If this fails to resolve the issue, Support will need to investigate this for you. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please provide the username affected.
