Request for hosted server restart (Access Hosted Clients)

Hosted server restarts need to be organised by Support. Any Issues with contacting us, please see the following Get support in Dimensions.. Please include, if known:

  • the details of the issue that requires a server restart.

  • the name of the server.

  • the name of the database.

A Support Analyst will contact you the discuss when the restart will happen and the need to make sure all users are logged out.
