Request for hosted server restart (Access Hosted Clients)

Hosted server restarts need to be organised by Support. Therefore, please raise a new case online and reference this article. Please include, if known:

  • the details of the issue that requires a server restart.

  • the name of the server.

  • the name of the database.

A Support Analyst will contact you the discuss when the restart will happen and the need to make sure all users are logged out.
