Obtain a copy of our hosted Dimensions database (Access Hosted Clients)

You will need a copy of SQL Server to restore it onto.

The database can be sent to yourselves via our secure ftp so please advise who that information would need to be sent to within your organisation as well as a mobile number we can send the secure ftp password to.
