This will be caused by a bad link when connecting to your Access Hosted Servers.

1. Please go to: https://gateway.accessacloud.com/
2. Sign in
3. Select Dimensions
4. Try to type in the application

If the keyboard is still not responding, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
