If all users are affected, the issue is likely one of the following:
The wrong filepath is registered in the ACD document location against the user record.
The user does not have permission to access the document's folder on the network.
To correct the filepath for a user's ACD document location:
Log in as an administrator.
Click System Control in the ribbon.
Click Users.
Click User Records.
Click the user with the issue.
Click the Options icon (next to the printer icon).
Click Edit.
Click the blue arrow next to ACD documents location. If blank, Dimensions defaults to displaying reports from the local machine directory.
There is also a Global Location for ACD Reports in System Options.
If it’s a new user and they are unsure of what the crystal report path should be, compare with a similar profiled user by following the above steps.
