Dimensions can hold as many user records as needed, but your licence controls how many users can be logged in simultaneously. For example: a 10-user licence means 10 users can be active at once. It does not limit the total number of user records in the database. User records are not deleted from the database as this would affect the integrity of the data. Instead, move users who no longer need access to a security profile with restricted permissions. To increase the number of simultaneous users on your licence, contact your Account Manager.
