Post a journal into Last Year

Unfortunately not, you are only able to post journals into Current Year or Next Year (Future Period Posting privileges apply).
The options would be to either post into Current Year Period 1 (manually adjust any reports for last year end by the journal).
or
Restore database prior to year end and then post journal (re-doing work/year end, since backup was done).
