Needs Live database system to be backed up before doing Year End Process (Hosted)

Hosted databases are being backup every 15 to 30 minutes and as a result users do not need any backup to process their Year End Process. All they need to do is to stop posting transactions for 20 minutes prior to the Year end process. Then take note of the time as this will be needed if they need data restore thereafter.
