Remittance BACS freezing or slow (Access Hosted Clients)

As a possible workaround, try running the Remittances BACS in small batches of payments, rather than doing the whole suite of available invoices in one go, to see if that helps. You could try doing a very small batch first and if OK, then try increasing the size of each selected run.

However, Support will need to investigate further as to why you are experiencing this issue. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the user affected.

If you are a Dimensions 3.0 customer, please follow the steps below:
​
1. Right click onto the Citrix Workspace icon on your taskbar.
2. Click onto Connection Center.
3. Locate the Connection from the Connection window on the left hand side and highlight this.
4. Click onto Log Off
5. A message will appear saying ''Are you sure you want to sign out?'', press Yes
6. You can then close the Citrix Connection Center.

You will then need to sign out of Workspace then back in, and re-load Dimensions.
