Where ever possible, ensure you're using a wired network, to rule out issues with your wifi. You may need to ask your IT to triage connection issues on your computer first of all. If you are a Dimensions 3.00a customer, you will need to close your session by following these steps:

1. Right click onto the Citrix Workspace icon on your taskbar.
2. Click onto Connection Center.
3. Locate the Connection from the Connection window on the left hand side and highlight this.
4. Click onto Log Off
5. A message will appear saying ''Are you sure you want to sign out?'', press Yes
6. You can then close the Citrix Connection Center.

If you have also noticed a change in speed when using Dimensions via a VPN connection, then you wouild need to speak to your IT so they can investigate any performance related issued on the VPN side. If your IT have checked the VPN and any other related internal performance issues and this is not causing the issue please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
