This issue can occur when force closing a Dimensions session whilst a process is taking place. Please follow the steps below for your relevant version.
Dimensions 2.51 or 2.60
For a standard size keyboard (END key is located above the up arrow):
Press CTRL + ALT + END.
Click Sign Out.
For a smaller keyboard (END is located on the right arrow key in the lower right of the keyboard):
Press CTRL + ALT + Fn+END.
Note: The FN or function key is usually located next to the Ctrl key.
Click Sign Out.
Dimensions 3
1. Right click onto the Citrix Workspace icon on your taskbar.
2. Click onto Connection Center.
3. Locate the Connection from the Connection window on the left hand side and highlight this.
4. Click onto Log Off.
5. A message will appear saying ''Are you sure you want to sign out?'', press Yes.
6. You can then close the Citrix Connection Center.
