The path to the document when the PDF was created is stored in Dimensions so if that document is moved then the path for that Document must be updated with the new location. If there are a few documents involved this can be done as follows:

1. Click on the Documents paperclip icon
2. Locate and select the moved document in the list
3. Click Edit
4. In the File section at the bottom of the 'Documents' Window either enter the new path in the text box or click Browse... to find the document in its new location and then click Open to save the path
5. Click OK to update the entry with the document's new location.

If a large number of documents have been moved, then the above method will not be practical so please raise a new case online quoting this article.
We have moved all our saved PDFs to a new folder and now when trying to view them from Dimensions we get the error 'The file "<FILENAME>" is not available.'
