This occurs when the Crystal Reports location is changed or incorrect.
To check the Crystal Reports location for the one user, follow these steps:
Log in to Dimensions.
Click on System.
Click on User Records.
Select the relevant user.
Click Options.
Click on the Blue arrow next to "Crystal Reports Location".
If this path is incorrect, it must be edited by closing the Crystal Reports Location window and clicking the Edit button, Enter the correct path and click Save.
