If the bank reconciliation screen through the cashbook is trying to be accessed and you are getting an error message stating that another user is already reconciling to this bank account, the first thing to check is that there are no other users currently reconciling that account.

If this has been checked and you are sure that no one else is in this part of the system, then the bank reconciliation screen may have become locked due to Dimensions crashing or not being exited properly.

To resolve this issue, clear the Multi-User Flags.
