Error - 'Network Connection Error, please contact your administrator'

When you are logging in to Dimensions and you receive an error message such as, Network Connection Error, please contact your administrator when trying to log in to the Hosted site.

This error is not the Dimensions connection, this error would be your internal internet connection failing to connect.

Please try to close all tabs down and then try to open Dimensions again, if this does not work please contact your Internal IT team.
