The extract looks different to the 'on screen' report, as the 'Save To File' option is just extracting information directly from the background table associated with the area of Dimensions that you are in.
When printing to screen, the report is pulling the data from multiple tables to give all the information requested.
If you wish for the extract to give the same information as the 'Print to Screen' option, you can request a custom report be created or alternatively, this can also be achieved for a lot of areas by using AOI.
