Unable to type, no keyboard commands being recognised (Access Hosted Clients)

This will be caused by a bad link when connecting to your Access Hosted Servers.

1. Please go to: https://gateway.accessacloud.com/
2. Sign in
3. Select Dimensions
4. Try to type in the application
