It is likely that the Access.lbr and Access.srv files have been upgraded, but the database is still at an earlier version.

If you wish to use the database at its current version, then to resolve this issue Support will need to install new files to revert the Dimensions library files back to the same version as the database. Any Issues with contacting us, please see the following Get support in Dimensions.
