System Options - Report Fonts
This function allows you to change the fonts used for reports, and in a few cases, the fonts used on the windows in Access Accounts.
The system default font used for reports is Courier New.
The system default font used in Access Accounts windows is Tahoma.
You should take great care when changing any of the fonts; in some cases the spacing of data on the page depends on the use of a particular font.
Many of the reports require the use of a non-proportional, or fixed spacing, font;if a proportional font is substituted, the results can be unpredictable.
When you select the Reports Fonts button, on the System Format tab, a warning message will be displayed, prompting you to confirm that you wish to continue.
Select Yes to continue, the Change Font Table window will then open.
This shows both the Window font tables and the Report font tables. Select the Report Font Table.
Before you make any changes, make a note of the default fonts to ensure that you can reset them if needed.
If a message appears to say that the Font Table is protected, this means that you do not have the correct privileges to amend it and you should see your System Administrator.
