Security Profile - Export/ Import
You are able to export a Security Profile as a file, which can then be imported into a different database. This function is comprised of 3 buttons:
Export - exports a single profile
Export All - exports all security profiles
Import - imports a previously exported security profile file
Export/ Export All
On selection, you are presented with a window where you can name the file and choose a save location. The exported file includes all module hierarchy, levels and individual form options. It also includes the Global options, future period posting, and purchase budgets.
Import
Note: it is not possible to export/ import the master profile
On selection you are presented with a browse window where you can choose the file to import. On processing, the new security profile(s) are created to which users can be allocated.
