Press Insert

Enter a name for this set of reports.

Select the reports that are to be printed when this report set is selected.

You can select to confirm automatically that reports have been printed. This means that you will not have to reply to the confirmation of printing message that appears after some reports. Use this option with care.

You can select to print the detailed version of the reports, instead of summary reports, where these are available.

After printing, some reports give you that opportunity to update the report as printed. You can set the report to be updated automatically after printing by ticking the option alongside the report name. Use this option with care, once a report has been updated you will not be able to include any of the details in another report.

Select the currency to be used for the report: Home Values; Home and Currency or Currency Values.

If you are including the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports, you can change the sort order and subtotalling details.

Click OK to save the report set.

Use the Next and Previous browse arrows to move through the report sets.

Click the search button alongside the name field to open a list of the existing report sets.

Click the Find button (between the browse arrows) and enter the first part of the name in the name field. Press Enter. The closest match will be displayed.

Locate the set of reports you wish to print.

Click the Print icon on the toolbar.

You will be asked to confirm your selection, then an Output window will be displayed.

Select the output destination for the reports: Screen; Printer or File.

Click Print to activate the reports.
