WO Control - 360
The 360 function, on the Works Order Control window, enables you to take an 'all round' view of the complete Works Order and to jump to an associated record or transaction, for a more detailed look at that element of the Works Order.
Open the Works Order Control window from the Works Order Control option and use the Works Order Search to locate and display the Works Orders you wish to work with.
360
Select a Works Order in the top pane and click the 360 function.
The 360 window can be left open at the side of the Works Order Control window and will be refreshed to display each Works Order as it is selected.
Prints a report listing the contents of the 360 window.
Expand All
Expands all of the lines to show the detail they contain.
Individual lines can be expanded (or collapsed) with a click on the blue arrowhead.
Right click
On lines with a coloured spot to access more details or highlight a line and use the functions at the top of the window.
For a Child Works Order, this refreshes the 360 window with the detail of the Child Works Order.
For an issued component, a transaction Enquiry window will open.
For a Component or Route record, the Smart Tag Summary function is active and will launch the Smart Tag Summary for that record.
When viewing the details of a Child Works Order in the 360 window, there will be links to both the Parent Works Order and the Top level Works Order. These may be the same in some cases.
