WO Stock Records
If the Works Order Processing module has been unlocked and you are using Update Stock to Nominal, an additional tab card will be available on each stock record.
This tab card will be called W/Orders and will be used to record the analysis records that should be used when the stock item becomes part of a works order process.
The fields on this tab should only be completed for stock records that are to be used in a works order process.
If any of the fields on this tab are left empty, the default codes set up in System Control will be used.

Locate the tab on the stock record by using the scroll tabs buttons on the toolbar.
Stock record analysis codes for Update Stock to Nominal
The tab will contain fields in which you should enter the analysis codes to be used for this stock record if different to those set as system defaults.
These should all be Stock Type Analysis codes. Default codes will be created with the database. You may edit these or create your own.
The table below shows how the analysis records will be used:
