When using Classic or Module Menus, the Keys Menu appears when processing Records or Transactions, and can be used as an alternative to clicking on the icons on the window itself, or the Diary and Documents items on the Info menu.

Note that the Diary and Documents only apply to the current record, and will be greyed out if it does not have any entries for this record. You cannot use these to create entries, you must use the Info menu instead.

Apart from providing the means of freezing the current Transaction, so that you can temporarily go to another unit, and of moving between the Transaction windows, this also displays the Transaction Options window relevant to the type of Transaction.
