Chase Debtors – Functions

Updated over 2 weeks ago

For a Credit Controller, it is very important to be able to check that Customers are making regular, prompt payments and so maintain a steady cash flow into the business.

The Chase Debtors feature in Records provides a single working list from which it is possible to chase debtors for payment.

Running a search for records or transactions that match specific criteria, such as those marked for chasing on a particular date, gives the chance to build a chase list to work from. This lists and provides access to all the information needed when contacting Customers.

Security Profile restrictions - If the View Own Customers option is enabled then only Customers assigned as a Credit Controller will be included in the list. This option is found in Global Options of the Security Profile.
