The Print icon on the Nominal Transactions enquiry, opened from the Transactions icon on a Nominal Account record, opens a print Output window to enable you to print an enquiry report containing the data displayed in the Enquiry window.

For Nominal Ledger records, there are two report options available:

Enquiry Report - (default) builds a report containing the data displayed in the Enquiry window and using the selected report columns.

Standard Journal - (option to add Notes and Full Description) this report enables you to print a full transaction report without expanding the transactions to display the detail lines in the window.
