Delta Plugin: Error 'Over allocation of stock attempted'

This error is usually caused when the Pick Confirmation from Delta has sent back more than the quantity which was requested on the Pick Request or Sales Order in the first place.

Refer to the Stock Code in the Error message and sum up the total 'Despatched' against the Stock Code in the 'Lines' tab.
If you are sure that it is the 'Ordered' Or originally requested amount that has left the warehouse then support can fix this by updating the data in the SQL tables.

  • The full Error Message (including StockCode)

  • The Sales Order Number

  • Confirmed Total Amount of Stock which did leave the Warehouse on this Goods Out Movement
