Delta Plugin - Warehouse Despatch Confirmation error 'Pick notification {nnnn} for order {nnnn} has errors on it, please check your stock level'. (Multiple Order Lines)

The error message itself is advising that for at least one of the confirmed 'despatched' order lines received from the Delta WMS application. There is an issue with updating the Stock Movements for that Stock Item.

You should look at the Lines visible in the Warehouse Despatch Confirmation window and take note of all the Stock Codes which should be shown in red text.

Make a note of the Despatched quantities as this is the Total Quantity which will be attempting to update in the Stock Movements.

You should check the available Free Stock levels on the affected Stock Records, in Dimensions and ensure there is enough Stock for the Movement. If the stock is linked to a specific location/traceability, please also check that this location has enough stock. If there is free stock in another location, this can be corrected with a stock movement into the location.

IF there isn't enough Stock for the movement, available; then you will need to fix this first, before the error in the Warehouse Despatch confirmation will be resolved.

IF there is enough stock showing and you are unable to resolve the error internally; Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

**please include the Sales Order Number and Del. Ref (Pick Number) from Delta WMS.
