Delta Plugin - Sales orders not going to Delta. Error - 'Request not yet received at warehouse'

The order will have a status of Sent - not yet received at Warehouse as soon as the CSV file is placed in the folder. A separate process monitors this folder for any new files that have arrived in the folder and when it sees a new file has arrived in the folder it will pick up the file to process it.

The monitoring process will be set to cycle at different times depending upon how it was set up in the first place.

If for example it is set to run every 10 minutes then your sales order will have a status of Sent - not yet received at Warehouse for a maximum of 10 minutes.

As soon as the CSV file has been picked up by the process and loaded into Delta then the status of the order will change to Outstanding - not yet picked.
​
It may be an issue with part of a case being entered instead of the single units for quantity that is preventing it being processed.
