This indicates that your user accounts registered for use with AOI have exceed the number of users you are licenced for.

If all of the registered users require access to AOI then it will be necessary to purchase extra licences from your Access Account Manager.

To check current AOI users, please follow the steps below:
Open the AOI Registration tool which will be installed for every user that has AOI available.
Select Manage Access Office Integration users and click Next.
To exit, click Finish.
If there are users who no longer need to use AOI then these can be deactivated as follows:
Select their line and press Deactivate selected user(s).
Once finished click Finish to exit the application.
