Citrix opens two (or more) non-responsive application windows after launch

To resolve this issue:

  1. Log out of Access Evo then clear your browsers cache and cookies.

  2. Click the ^ in the lower right area of your Windows Taskbar.

  3. Right-click on the Citrix icon and click Check for Updates.

  4. If there are updates waiting, please install them and wait until finished.

  5. Login to Access Evo and then launch Dimensions.
