Add a logo into the HTML editor

To open the HTML email editor, click System, Email Template. This brings up the email template editor

Either click Insert to create a new email template or Edit.

To create an HTML template the HTML option needs to be ticked, this is found just under where you name the template.

Once you have given the template a name and description click HTML click to edit. This brings up the HTML editor.

Add any text required.

In order to insert images into the HTML template the image must have an image URL. The easiest place this can be found would usually be on the company website. When you have located the image required on the website, right-click it and select Copy image address.

In the HTML template editor, open the image insert/edit window.

Click Source.

Paste in the address copied earlier.

Give the image a Description. The dimensions of the image will auto fill.

Click OK and then click Save. This will create and save your new template.
