If you or someone in your company have crystal report editor, this can be done internally.
You can open the .rpt template in crystal reports and add new text fields to the report by selecting the Insert menu and pressing the Text Object button. Place the object in your report, and then double click to edit the text. Don't forget to format the text like the rest of your report.
